My favorite way to eat peanuts is salted in the shell. When I was a child we ate these at the Ground Round restaurant, where the peanuts were stored in giant wooden barrels. My parents let me get as many as I wanted to eat and the best part was that me and my brother and sister got to throw the shells on the floor and watch the workers sweep them up! -Chef Michele Weber
